Valdese Family Friday Nights Summer Concert series will feature Little Johnny Trailer Trash beginning at 7:00 pm located in the Town Parking area.

Little Johnny Trailer Trash hails from the Piedmont of North Carolina and infuses traditional/contemporary with a touch of Bluegrass, rock and Americana. “Americana Music” best classifies this band: simple true and catchy tunes that make you want to tap your feet and sing along. Soaring harmonies and smooth melodies make this band one to watch. L.J.T.T. were recently featured as a top 32 band on CMT’s show called “CMT’s Music City Madness,” which features the original song “They Sang Country”. The band is currently touring the Carolinas and recording their upcoming CD between shows.

Little Johnny Trailer Trash members include Johnny Scott Connell (Lead Vocals), Jay DeVine (Guitars/ vocals/ mandolin/ harmonica), Jamey Taylor ( Bass Guitar ) and Joe Husko ( Drums/Vocals ) and together they perform over 175 shows a year. Their sound can be described as taking Merle Haggard mixed with some Bon Jovi and add a little Skynyrd and you have Little Johnny Trailer Trash! With the Studio expertise of Boo English at Knothole Studios in NC, the LJTT Boys have recorded "Willows" for their new single from the upcoming studio project entitled "The Knothole Sessions" which include some of the bands finest work to date.

Concessions will be available and provided by the Old Colony Players, as well as a 50/50 raffle. Myra’s cruise in will begin every Friday night at 6:00 pm and downtown shops will remain open later.
